If you didn't make our first event at TWO Restaurant and Bar you really missed out on some delicious food and conversation–but you're lucky because they are hosting another dinner.
Chef Kevin Cuddihee of TWO will face off against Chef Ryan Sand of Bernie's Lunch & Supper in the fourth event of the Seasonal Slam Series. Each restaurant will present three dishes and three cocktails, using ingredients chosen by Liz Grossman, Editor of Plate Magazine and host of Seasonal Slam. The specialty ingredients for this edition of the competition are: Peas, Beets and Dandelion Greens. Each dish will be blind tasted by the guests, as the restaurants go head to head in this culinary battle. Guests will vote per course on the ingredient winner, and the kitchen and bar team with the highest number of votes wins!
